Faye's Potatoe Casserole
1 two pound bag of frozen hash brown potato (thawed)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt and a little dash of pepper
1/2 cp chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 l6oz carton sour cream
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered 9/13 oven safe pan.
Before placing in the oven, I melt a 1/4 cup of butter mixed into a
dish of two cups of bread crumbs. sprinkle on top of the potato mixture,
and bake in a 350 degree oven for sixty minutes. You can make this ahead
and heat before serving. Hope you all enjoy this easy to serve dish....
